In addition to acquisitive growth, we plan to operate not only as a national brand but also as an international corporation known for aggressive market expansion. We plan to acquire between 25 and 40 pharmacies in New Jersey and Florida within the United States and more outside the United States. We will improve our negotiating power with suppliers and improve profitability from synergies as we integrate our various pharmacies into one system; allowing for centralized management, monitoring, and benchmarking.

This will add credibility and value to our brand. We will also add delivery services and incorporate a prescription medication management system such as the Script Path system to help patients with multiple medications keep track of all their prescription information in one place.

There will be abundant opportunities with up to 1,000 of the nation’s approximately 5,000 pharmacies that will be up for sale in the next five years, according to a recent industry report and evidenced by a major surge of pharmacies in the last few years.  The time is right to aggressively acquire these pharmacies with the intent of building a huge pharmacy group and then take it public.

Our primary focus is to identify existing pharmacies that meet our investment criteria and execute an effective acquisition strategy. We are pursuing pharmacies that are located at convenient locations in their communities, while also expanding and positively adding services, which is not currently being satisfied by the larger chain pharmacies.
