Mission Statement
GOLD COAST HOLDINGS is an investment holdings company that specializes in retail pharmacy acquisitions and centralized management. Our primary focus is to identify existing pharmacies that meet our investment criteria and execute an effective acquisition strategy. We are pursuing pharmacies that are located at convenient locations in their communities, while also expanding and positively adding services, which is not currently being satisfied by the smaller chain pharmacies. These pharmacies we service will continue to attract and retain loyal customers and patients because of their key position within their communities as well as their innate ability to provide personal quality service not found at larger chain pharmacy operations.
Currently, no other significant participants are acquiring retail pharmacies. We believe that many retail pharmacy operators and owners will be attracted to our business model and have an affiliation with GOLD COAST Pharmacy’s. We will provide them with an opportunity to continue to serve their community and faithful customer base, expand some of their services and divest themselves of important operational and financial challenges they may be having.
Our overall company's purpose is to facilitate the acquisition of pharmaceutical companies and provide additional capital to increase the acquired pharmacies’ volume and profitability.
The business model created by the investment and funding of these pharmaceutical companies makes a comprehensive business solution platform with unlimited market opportunities.
Strategy
GOLD COAST HOLDINGS, basic strategy for accomplishing its mission is fairly simple: To grow at a rapidly increasing rate from now to 2026. We achieve this growth by vigorously acquiring pharmacies and related companies in other healthcare sub-sectors with positive free cash flow. In 2023, we will acquire a minimum number of pharmacies with combined revenues of US$230 million. We are concentrating our efforts on existing pharmacies with revenues between $35 million and $50 million. For these pharmacies, there is potential for major improvements via cost-cutting and creating higher negotiating powers. We are consolidating the industry and plan to acquire between 33 and 40 pharmacies in the US. We will continue acquiring pharmacies throughout 2023 and 2024 and plan to go public in the fall of 2026.

Target Market
In addition to acquisitive growth, we plan to operate not only as a national brand but also as an international corporation known for aggressive market expansion. We plan to acquire between 33 and 40 pharmacies in New Jersey and Florida within the United States and more outside the United States. We will improve our negotiating power with suppliers and improve profitability from synergies as we integrate our various pharmacies into one system; allowing for centralized management, monitoring, and benchmarking. This will add credibility and value to our brand. We will also add delivery services and incorporate a prescription medication management system such as the Script Path system to help patients with multiple medications keep track of all their prescription information in one place.
Organization
GOLD COAST HOLDINGS, Board of Directors comprises an amplitude and magnitude of collectively experienced persons with expertise specializing in accounting, finance, healthcare, and mergers and acquisitions. We expect to retain the key personnel at most of our acquired pharmacies to leverage existing relationships within the communities that they operate in and maintain the customized approach the community is used to.
